Pretty much all of my products are hand made to order, so sometimes the turnaround is a little longer than mainstream shop bought items, but I do my utmost to update you on how things are going.
Most items will be made and dispatched within 5-7 working days from the date of ordering, but it will depend on how many current orders I currently have. As a One Woman Band, who is quite particular (*fussy) at making sure each and every order is 'just right', it could take a little longer.
If you are in need of something for a specific date, send me an email before ordering and I'll let you know the current turnaround time.
I love to make things look pretty so will gift wrap your orders as standard, using brown paper packaging (tied up with string of course!), and if you so wish I can deliver direct to the recipient if it is a gift - do let me know at checkout if you would like this and I'll add a little tag with your message (send me an email or leave in notes at checkout).
All items will be posted via Royal Mail. Please note, I cannot be responsible for any delays during busy periods with the postal service.
